Espresso Rub

Our speciality rub that uses Catalina Coffee & Cookie Company’s own espresso beans to create this on of a kind taste, unique to the island. This blend mixes ancho chili, espresso beans, & spices. Pairs great with tri-tip, brisket, & steaks!
